Trading activity on the First Tier Market registered a volume of 95,245 shares crossing the floor of the Exchange valued at $1,949,178.51. Angostura Holdings Ltd was the volume leader with 51,157 shares changing hands for a value of $652,251.75, followed by Sagicor Financial Corporation with a volume of 25,000 shares being traded for $168,000. Ansa McAL Ltd contributed 6,000 shares with a value of $397,740, while Scotiabank T&T Ltd added 4,014 shares valued at $278,773.98.
Unilever Caribbean Ltd enjoyed the day’s largest gain, increasing $0.19 to end the day at $62.20. Conversely, Scotiabank T&T Ltd suffered the day’s greatest loss, falling $0.17 to close at $69.45. Clico Investment Fund was the only active security on the Mutual Fund Market, posting a volume of 23,520 shares valued at $506,680. It advanced by $0.04 to end at $21.54.
