Trading activity on the first tier market registered a volume of 372,018 shares crossing the floor of the Exchange valued at $18,400,759.23. Republic Financial Holdings Ltd was the volume leader with 101,997 shares changing hands for a value of $10,393,494.30, followed by Scotiabank with a volume of 66,513 shares being traded for $3,857,754. Trinidad Cement Ltd contributed 54,203 shares with a value of $224,942.45, while ANSA McAL added 41,476 shares valued at $2,737,406.
TTNGL LIMITED registered the day’s largest gain, increasing $0.03 to end the day at $21.08. Conversely, One Caribbean Media registered the day’s largest decline, falling $0.99 to close at $15.01.
Clico Investment Fund was the only active security on the mutual fund market, posting a volume of 1,800 shares valued at $40,518.
The second tier market did not witness any activity.
