Real Estate Awards carded for December 4

Steve Plimmer of Plimmer Real Estate will be presented with this year’s Lifetime Achievement Award for his contribution over the past 20 years to the real estate industry.

The presentation will take during the third annual Real Estate Awards on December 4, at the Government Plaza Auditorium, Port-of-Spain.

Hosted by TrinidadRealtor.com, the evening will recognize excellence in the real estate community.

The award categories include Agency of the Year, which is divided into three sub-categories based on the agency's size.

Nominees in the small category include Carr Realty, SFL Real Estate, Island Real Estate, Lindsey Realty, and Property Management and Homestead Real Estate .

In the medium category, nominees include GenX Real Estate Solutions, Alcazar Realtors, House Hunters, Sair Real Estate Service and Vesta Properties.

Nominees in the large category include 1 On 1 Realty, Dynamic Real Estate, Guillen Realty, Stuart Spiers Real Estate Services, and Tucker Real Estate.

The nominees along with the subsequent winners will be selected by their colleagues as only the real estate members of TrinidadRealtor.com would be allowed to take part in the voting process.

Other award categories include Agent of the Year, Best Showing Agent, Interior Designer of the Year and Valuator of the Year.
