Gregg Mannette has been named the Head of Sales at Guardian Life of the Caribbean Ltd.

According to the Guardian Group, Mannette’s elevation to the position is a “testament to a life-long career marked by focus, hard work, and commitment to ensuring that quality service to clients is always at the fore of everything.”

Mannette’s relationship with the Guardian Group began when, as a 16-year-old student of St Mary’s College, he interned over the July/August vacation.

At 20 years old, after he finished studying law, Mannette joined the sales team of Jeffrey Mazely’s Unit, Vernon Fingal’s Branch.

“From that moment life insurance became his career of choice,” Guardian Group stated.

“His accomplishments have been appropriately honoured both within Guardian Group and the wider T&T insurance industry. In 2013 and 2019 he earned Guardian Life’s Agent of the Year Award—the same year he won the industry Top Producer Awards, the pinnacle of a plethora of company and industry awards,” it stated.

Mannette is a 15-time qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table.

“Our heartfelt congratulations to Gregg. His passion and performance to lead with positive values continue to be an inspiration,” Guardian Group stated.

“In assuming this role, it’s not merely about position or title. For me it carries deeper meanings of connecting with people and using what we both know to influence change and co-create. It is all about adding value and blessing lives through the work we do,” Mannette stated.
