Fa­ti­ma Col­lege Past Stu­dents As­so­ci­a­tion hosts its an­nu­al all-in­clu­sive fete to­mor­row at the col­lege from 5 pm to 11.30 pm. Mu­sic will be sup­plied by Roy Cape All Stars, Dil-e-Nadan, and Kes the Band. DJs are Hur­ri­cane George and Hi Fi­deli­ty Less Than Ze­ro. Spe­cial sur­prise guest artistes will be on hand to keep the tem­po go­ing. Pa­trons can be as­sured of sump­tu­ous mouth-wa­ter­ing dish­es as be­fore: Peking duck, cur­ried crab and dumplings, dim sum, ba­by back ribs, suck­ling pig, wild meat, gourmet dou­bles, ke­babs, gy­ros, etc, not for­get­ting the roast­ed suck­ling pig and top-of-the-line al­co­holic bev­er­ages. Din­ner will be again avail­able from Grand Cen­tral Ball­room where a lim­it­ed choice of two full meals can be had in the Col­lege Hall which will be ap­pro­pri­ate­ly dec­o­rat­ed.

Let your 'soles' be com­fort­ed (A 2010 in­no­va­tion)

For the women who wish to change from heels to flat footwear, we have made the nec­es­sary arrange­ments so that they can leave their heels in our care and col­lect them at the end of the fete. In the event of rain we will al­so take care of your um­brel­las for you.

The d&ea­cute;cor this year will be re­al­ly some­thing to be­hold. The theme for 2012 is "Let there be Light" and pa­trons are asked to wear white. The light­ing will be out of this world. Un­lim­it­ed food, pre­mi­um drinks mu­sic, great com­pa­ny and, of course safe­ty, are again guar­an­teed. Al­so, there will be ex­ot­ic drinks and cham­pagne on en­try. Se­cu­ri­ty will be pro­vid­ed for parked ve­hi­cles. This ob­vi­ous­ly, will be the fete of the year. All pro­ceeds from this fete and oth­er fund-rais­ing ven­tures are chan­nelled to­wards ed­u­ca­tion, sport and de­vel­op­men­tal pro­grammes in the col­lege to en­sure that Fa­ti­ma Col­lege re­mains No 1. Last year the as­so­ci­a­tion fund­ed the con­struc­tion of a mez­za­nine floor in the col­lege hall which cel­e­brat­ed its 60th an­niver­sary on Feb­ru­ary 2 this year. They al­so to­tal­ly re­fur­bished the Col­lege Li­brary, which is now a beau­ty to be­hold. Fa­ti­ma Col­lege Past Stu­dents con­tin­ue to sup­port the Col­lege's sport­ing ven­tures.
