Shandies Promotions' all-inclusive Carnival fete was a big hit as patrons enjoyed themselves in an intimate setting at Jerry's Bar, Jerry Junction, Waterloo, on Sunday.
Promoted by Anderson Maurice and his wife T'Shai-Ann, the annual event caters to fete-lovers who yearn for a "cozy" setting, with good music, good food and drinks at an affordable cost. With tickets going at the ridiculous price of just $250, the fete attracted a sizeable crowd who had a ball of a time.
Patrons partied from 2 pm to almost midnight to the music of First Impressions with lead singer Kirland "Big B" Jacob and female back-up Karissa and the Bay Road Rhythm Section.
Several lucky people also walked away with valuable door prizes.
