Small bands take on Adam Smith Square

This group of Minstrels gave the traditional performance to break up the monotony of the mas at Adam Smith Square, Port-of-Spain yesterday.
The Parade of the Bands competition at the Queen’s Park Savannah has come to be associated with beautiful, scantily dressed women gyrating and parading across the mammoth stage in large bands. But sometimes, the parade is about much smaller endeavours that hark back to the foundations of Trinidad Carnival.
