This year marks the tenth an­niver­sary of the Fa­ti­ma Old Boys' all-in­clu­sive fete which will be held on Sat­ur­day, Feb­ru­ary 2, at the col­lege, Mu­cu­rapo Road, St James, from 5 pm to 11.30 pm.

The or­gan­is­ers ex­pressed much thanks, to God, and every one who as­sist­ed them in mak­ing this, one of the most suc­cess­ful par­ties in Car­ni­val.

Mu­sic this year will be sup­plied by Roy Cape All Stars, Dil-e-Nadan, Bun­ji, Fay-Ann & The Asy­lum Band, Ben­jai, Blaxx, Iw­er George and the Mas­ter, Su­perBlue, sup­port­ed by DJs Hur­ri­cane George, Eu­pho­ria and Hi Fi­deli­ty Less Than Ze­ro.

Pa­trons are as­sured of sump­tu­ous mouth­wa­ter­ing dish­es as nev­er be­fore, and top of the line liquor. Din­ner will be again avail­able in the col­lege's Grand Cen­tral Ball­room where a lim­it­ed num­ber, from a choice of two full meals, can be had in the Col­lege Hall, which will be ap­pro­pri­ate­ly dec­o­rat­ed.

There will be a wide va­ri­ety of food, in­clud­ing your favourite ribs, gourmet dou­bles, tan­doorie chick­en, bake and shark, cur­ry crab, ke­babs, jerk chick­en, wild meat, sushi, lamb, shrimp, wings, peking duck, just to name a few, not for­get­ting the roast­ed suck­ling pig, an an­nu­al favourite.

An at­trac­tion caters for the women who wish to rest their soles, and change from heels to flat footwear.

Nec­es­sary arrange­ments have been so that they can leave their heels in the care of or­gan­is­ers and col­lect them at the end of the fete. The d�cor this year will be re­al­ly some­thing to be­hold.

Se­cu­ri­ty will be pro­vid­ed for parked ve­hi­cles.

This ob­vi­ous­ly will be the Fete of the Year. All pro­ceeds from this fete and oth­er fund-rais­ing ven­tures are chan­nelled to­wards ed­u­ca­tion, sport and de­vel­op­men­tal pro­grams in the col­lege to en­sure that Fa­ti­ma Col­lege re­mains amongst the na­tion's best schools.
