On June 2011 Week Five issue of the Guardian Business, some of us where introduced to the “Solar Park Project,” a venture that seeks Government’s backing. The concept, which is in the spirit of Dr Ricardo Hausman’s economic model, is interesting and most certainly will grab the attention of a lot of people. However, given current inventory level for photovoltaic (PV) modules, which will reach 8.6 gig watts by the end of the third quarter of 2011, a sharp increase from the previous quarter, what would be the effect of an additional 2 gig watts of PV modules in the market?
