As con­tra­dic­to­ry as this may ap­pear, it is our most fun­da­men­tal de­sire. It re­minds us that we are moral be­ings and that we share com­mon val­ues with all oth­er hu­man be­ings. Lead­ing From Above The Line takes us on a jour­ney of self-dis­cov­ery. It in­tro­duces us to our in­ner re­al­i­ty. True liv­ing is about lead­ing with our hearts-al­low­ing our in­ner self to guide us and to show us the way for­ward. It is about al­low­ing our in­ner re­al­i­ty to pre­vail, such that it dom­i­nates our think­ing and our ac­tions. It pre­pares us for greater per­son­al lead­er­ship.

The mes­sage re­minds us that we can each think in­de­pen­dent­ly and that we can all en­joy deep per­son­al free­dom. It re­minds us that we have the ca­pac­i­ty to trust our­selves, which is a pre­req­ui­site for be­ing able to trust oth­ers.

Lead­ing From Above The Line is a mes­sage that re­minds us of our tremen­dous in­di­vid­ual and col­lec­tive po­ten­tial-a po­ten­tial that we can feel and sense but most times have dif­fi­cul­ty ex­press­ing. It re­minds us that we are here to serve hu­man­i­ty. It forces us to each ask our­selves the ques­tion: "How can I best serve hu­man­i­ty?" It helps us to dis­cov­er and to ac­tion our pur­pose, thus bring­ing mean­ing and dig­ni­ty to our lives. The mes­sage awak­ens us to our ca­pac­i­ty to mas­ter our emo­tions. It awak­ens us to the de­struc­tive pow­er of our neg­a­tive emo­tions and to our ca­pac­i­ty to grow our pos­i­tive emo­tions as an­ti­dotes to our neg­a­tives. The mes­sage tells us that we have the ca­pac­i­ty to over­ride the chal­lenges, temp­ta­tions and dis­trac­tions of our en­vi­ron­ment and to be­come the hu­man be­ings that we have the po­ten­tial to be. In oth­er words, the mes­sage re­minds us that we can all have emo­tion­al mas­tery and that we can be self-dis­ci­plined.

The mes­sage helps us to find a clear per­spec­tive on the world that we are a part of. It helps us to bet­ter see our out­er re­al­i­ty. The biggest chal­lenge that we have as hu­man be­ings is in the let­ting go of our ad­verse con­di­tion­ing which serves as ob­scur­ing bar­ri­ers and fil­ters to see­ing and un­der­stand­ing the truth of our hu­man­i­ty. Lead­ing From Above The Line frees us from our pris­ons and re­moves the many fil­ters through which we have been con­di­tioned to see the world. Lead­ing From Above The Line in­tro­duces us to the con­cept of hu­man totipo­ten­cy, which is our in­her­ent ca­pac­i­ty to re­make our­selves de­spite our life's con­di­tion­ing. It takes away our fears of the world and our fear of change. It awak­ens us to our ca­pac­i­ty to be agents of change and to lead. It helps us to bet­ter un­der­stand the im­por­tance of knowl­edge and how to re­move our emo­tion­al block­ages to learn­ing such that we open our­selves to new knowl­edge and thus have a bet­ter op­por­tu­ni­ty to ful­fill our life's pur­pose.

There is a sim­plic­i­ty and pu­ri­ty to the mes­sage that makes it open to all hu­man be­ings. It is our hope that it will reach all hu­man be­ings. The mes­sage helps hu­man be­ings to dis­cov­er them­selves-to come face-to face with their ca­pac­i­ty and their deep de­sire to be good. It cre­ates in peo­ple a greater aware­ness of their ca­pac­i­ty to reach out and love all hu­man be­ings re­gard­less of colour, race, eth­nic­i­ty, re­li­gion, cul­ture or health and wealth sta­tus. The mes­sage il­lu­mi­nates minds. It does not in­doc­tri­nate. It helps us to bet­ter see the truth of our­selves. It helps us to bet­ter see the truth of oth­er hu­man be­ings. It helps to build bridges across our hu­man­i­ty-it spreads a mes­sage of love.
