I have to admit that I agree with PNM chairman Franklin Khan, who slammed into former senate president Danny Montano for advising members of the opposition party not to vote for the PNM if Keith Rowley is the leader.Montano offered the advice in a recent interview with the Newsday newspaper, stating that if the PNM under Rowley's guidance cannot even run an internal election professionally, how can anyone expect the party to govern the country ?

Rowley himself has dismissed the criticism from the "Team Penny" camp as the view of a minority that is not supported by the facts of the situation.Speaking in an interview with TV6 last week, the PNM leader also defended possible discrepancies in the PNM voters' list, which Montano raised, stating that even the EBC with all its resources does not have "a properly maintained" voters' list. He admitted that there are "one or two real issues" of voters not being on the PNM list but went on to say that "this is to be expected" in an election.

Montano is running for the chairmanship on the "Team Penny" slate, seeking to replace Khan, who made it clear that Montano's utterances make him unfit to be party chairman.

During my consultation with Ms Brafit CEO Nicole Joseph-Chin, what was supposed to be a simple mastectomy bra fitting became something much deeper. Her thoughtful questions unlocked emotions I didn’t even realise I was holding in. She comforted, reassured, and helped me face the truth of what was coming. That bra wasn’t just clothing—it was the first real symbol of life after surgery.
