When the pub­lic mort­gages their con­scious vote, they ex­pect that in the na­tion­al in­ter­est that the con­fi­dence in­vest­ed in the Peo­ple's part­ner­ship would cre­ate, trans­paren­cy, ac­count­abil­i­ty and al­so change the ways of op­er­a­tions that they de­cried so mich dur­ing their elec­toral cam­paign. Crime is no more im­proved, look at the mur­der rate and our in­tel­li­gence ca­pa­bil­i­ty is not on­ly com­pro­mised but se­vere­ly ham­strung un­der this ad­min­is­tra­tion.
