LAKHAN, DOLLY fondly known as “Ma”, of 10 Church Street, St. James passed away peacefully on Friday 25th March 2011 at the age of 83. Cherished wife of John Lakhan (deceased), dedicated mother of Ronald (Goby), Indra, Rani, Virgie (deceased), Mona (deceased), Sonny (deceased), Dadaboy, Jean and Peggy. Mother-in-law of Zorida Lakhan, Jerry Narace and Bissoon Loricka. Loving grandmother of Karen Lee Quay and forty other grandchildren; great grandmother of many. Caring sister of Ammoon, Fella, Boina, Din Din, Boday (deceased), Doo Doo (deceased), Toya (deceased), and Popna (deceased). The Funeral service of the late Dolly Lakhan takes place on Tuesday 29th March 2011 at 1pm at 10 Church Street, St. James according to Hindu rites. This will be followed by burial at The Mucurapo Cemetary. For any enquiries please call 622-4957.
