WILLIAMS: CHARLES David died peacefully on September 18, in Grenada. He was the beloved son of Sydney and Paula Williams (both deceased). Husband of Victoria, and devoted father of Kobi and Chaz. Brother of Anne Vidal, nephew of Annette Smith, Wilfred and Gay Julien, and Holman Williuams. Uncle of Sarah- Jane and Amanda Vidal. Cousin of Leslie and Luke Williams. His funeral takes place on September 21 in Grenada.
