FRANCE: MAY born in Bel­mont to Charles and Louisa Roberts nee Forbes (both de­ceased), tran­si­tioned from this life to be with her lord on Sat­ur­day, Feb­ru­ary 23, 2013. She was the wife of Fred­er­ick France (de­ceased). Grand­daugh­ter of Thad­deus and Melv­ina Forbes (nee Bill). Cousin of Agnes Forbes- Joseph (all de­ceased). Rel­a­tive of the Forbes, the Roberts, the Bills, the Melvilles. Sis­ter-in-law of 'Un­cle John Glas­gow. She was the moth­er of Os­car "Rob­bie" Roberts and is sur­vived by eight chil­dren, Lois (Lu­lu), Ann Marie, Rose­mary, Ger­sham, In­o­la, Cheryl, Grafton and Althea. She was the moth­er-in-law of Marie Roberts, Charles Pur­cell, Ethel­bert Gregg and Jen­ny France. She was the grand­moth­er- in-law of Adri­an Bap­tiste, Afiya Pas­call, Dwayne Hen­ry and Maltie Ramd­hanie. She is sur­vived by twen­ty-six grand­chil­dren, Sue Bap­tiste (nee Roberts), Hei­th Per­ry, Nigel Lee, Tri­cia Hen­ry (nee Roberts), Dami­an 'Sam' France, Wen­dell France, Ke­va Brito, Ker­ry Ann France, Aki­da France, An­tho­ny France, Leslyn Brito, Sparkle Roberts, Kevon France, Cur­tis France, Rac­quel France- Gregg, Asha Brito, Ria France, Lois France, Chinelle Pur­cell, Kwailan Nicholas, Hezron France, Chris­t­ian Pur­cell (de­ceased), Michael France, Aria Roberts, Ger­sha and In­o­la France. She is sur­vived by 12 great grand­chil­dren. The life of May France, our wit­ty, sac­ri­fic­ing and en­dear­ing moth­er and grand­moth­er, will be cel­e­brat­ed on Tues­day, Feb­ru­ary 26, 2013 at the Bel­mont Methodist Church, Bel­mont Cir­cu­lar Road, Bel­mont at 10:00am thence to place of in­ter­ment.
