RAZACK: Zaim Riza Reazudeen .(May 19, 1950) January 11, 2015) passed away peacefully at the age of 64, after a brief but fierce battle with cancer, in Toronto, Canada. Devoted husband of 44 years to Narda, and father to Emir (Natasha), Sabrina (Donovan), and Yasmin (Vim). Cherished grandfather to Kamal, Kamea, Khyam, and Zidane. Loving son to Acclema and the late Ishmile Razack. Devoted son-in-law to Christine and the late Paul Beharrysingh. Loving brother to Farida (Pentti), Jameel (Rosmin), Sherene (Larry), Billy (Christine), and Saleem (Jack). Brother in-law to Elwin, Paul, Sandra, Bernadette (Jaio), Tony, Sharon (Colin), Neil (Molly), and Dianne (Kenny). Favourite Uncle to scores of nieces and nephews in both the Razack and Beharrysingh Families. Zaim celebrated with gratitude the blessings of this life and the people with whom he was fortunate enough to share in these blessings. He will be sadly missed by his cousins, aunts and uncles. He touched the lives of many friends, colleagues and students over the course of his remarkable life. As an audiologist, special education consultant, and auditory verbal therapist teacher, Zaim was a passionate advocate of education for differently abled children, especially those with hearing impairments. He was a deeply spiritual person who took comfort in his faith, as well as in learning from others of their spiritual journeys. The funeral service will be held on Monday January 12, 2015 at the Noor Cultural Centre, 123 Wynford Drive, Toronto, Ontario, M3C 1K1 at 7 pm, with a reception directly following the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to either the Noor Cultural Centre (www.noorculturalcentre.ca) or the Canadian Hearing Society (www.chs.ca).
