The Young Men's Chris­t­ian As­so­ci­a­tion held an East In­di­an Ar­rival week­end boat ride on May 28 from 8-11 pm. The event was on­board the mv Trea­sure Queen. The boat sailed down the is­lands then back to its Ch­aguara­mas berth. The event was in aid of com­ple­tion of the YM­CA's mul­ti­pur­pose room on the com­pound. This room is to be used by the chil­dren of the camp and the Af­ter School Pro­gramme. The ride was able to raise much need­ed funds to as­sist with tiling the rooms floor­ing. All aboard had a great time par­ty­ing and be­ing en­ter­tained by Ted­dy B (Luc­q­man Muhum­mad), lead singer of So­ca Sa­bor.
