Pa­trons were treat­ed to a mu­sic feast on Sun­day when the Clas­si­cal Mu­sic De­vel­op­ment Foun­da­tion (CMDFTT) staged East Meets West at the Na­tion­al Acad­e­my for the Per­form­ing Arts (NA­PA), Port-of-Spain. The one-of-a-kind pro­duc­tion fea­tured Chi­nese mul­ti-tal­ent­ed vir­tu­oso mu­si­cian, Co­co Chen, and Trinidad's most out­stand­ing dra­mat­ic col­oratu­ra so­pra­no, Na­talia Dop­well. Chen and Dop­well both grad­u­at­ed from Man­hat­tan School of Mu­sic (MSM) in May this year-Chen with a mas­ters de­gree in Vo­cal Ac­com­pa­ni­ment and Na­talia with a Bach­e­lor's de­gree in Vo­cal Per­for­mance.
