Bollywood’s newest singing sensation comes to Trinidad

Bollywood’s newest singing sensation of Te Amo and I Love You Fame, will perform in Trinidad on March 10 at Guardian Life’s Everybody Loves Raymond concert, at the Centre of Excellence. Ash King, a UK/Asian pop, soul and R&B singer, is a London-born artiste that has worked with many well known artistes for recent years. After a personal request by double Oscar winner AR Rahman, King sang the featured song Dil Gira Dafatan, written by Prasoon Joshi in the acclaimed Bollywood film Delhi 6.
 
He is an accomplished musician and writer, who has recently done collaborations with international artistes such as Lady Gaga (Just Dance) and Kanye West (I just wanna love you). King hails from a rich Indian musical heritage, with a family tree of musical greats, including the legendary Kishore Kumar. His grandfather even composed with Nobel Prize winner Rabindranath Tagore. King will share the spotlight with T&T’s won Raymond Ramnarine at the annual Valentine’s concert.
