The 13th cycle of training at the Necessary Arts Production Ltd culminated with the staging of Creative Difference 2012 at the Caribe Theatre, White Street, Woodbrook on July 2. Seventeen students, under the leadership of Penelope Spencer, successfully participated in the three-months theatre art workshop covering basic acting, acting for screen and voice training.

Founded in 2002 by Naima Thompson and Lydia Ledgerwood, the mission of the Necessary Arts Production is to “Stimulate Minds through Artistic Expression.” Thompson said it is her hope that all participants benefit from the experience and will carry the life lesson they learnt with them.
