If there is one item to in­clude in your cal­en­dar of events for the Re­pub­lic Day week­end, Sat­ur­day Sep­tem­ber 22 is Jazz & BBQ host­ed by LiveArt Bistro lo­cat­ed at 5 Al­bion Street, Port-of-Spain, be­tween Chancery Lane on the east and Dun­don­ald Street on the West. Known for its mouth-wa­ter­ing soups, sal­ads, sand­wich­es, desserts, art, mu­sic, po­et­ry, vibe and in­ti­ma­cy, the Bistro is def­i­nite­ly the place to in­ter­act, con­nect and ex­pe­ri­ence cul­ture. Over the last three months LiveArt has been stag­ing its open-mic po­et­ry ses­sion which serves as the per­fect space for our lo­cal young­sters and adults to share ideas and per­form at their best.

On Sep­tem­ber 22, LiveArt Bistro would host its first Jazz & BBQ lime to kick off its Jazz se­ries. Jazz up your day from 12.30 to 4 pm with a choice of chick­en, fish or lamb served with a choice of sides and swing the evening out with some of the finest lo­cal mu­si­cians in­clud­ing Jef­frey Pataysingh-gui­tar, Pat­ti Rogers-vo­cals and Joseph Singh-bass from 6 to 9 pm. Make your Re­pub­lic Day week­end one that you would nev­er for­get and join us to taste, smile, dance ,clap and snap your way in­to Sun­day feel­ing light. LiveArt Bistro is open dai­ly from 10.30 am to 5 pm.
