Pannist wins Mastana’s second semifinal

Tenor pannist Lenore Singh of Sangre Grande is the winner of the second semifinal round of Mastana Bahar. Her performances of Sushani Raat and Oh La La led her to victory. Anthony Batson of Couva placed second, and Anand Adheen of San Fernando came third. The prizes for fourth and fifth place went to the Maya Shakti Dance Group of Arima and Tunapuna resident Devan Mahase .
 
Contestants chosen to appear in the third semi-final are:
1. The Stinger Boys Tassa Group
2. Kishan Bhimull
3. Rajiv Adheen
4. Mark John Williams
5. Sharda’s School of Dance
6. Prem Doodoon
7. Satnarayan Ramdeo
8. Kamla Ramharrack
9. Vasha Brown
The third semi-final will take place on Thursday at the Rampersad Brothers Ranch, Raju Trace, San Francique Village, Penal.
