Mastana Bahar queen collects big cash prize

Miss Naturally Fair Mastana Bahar Queen Andrea Shabana Chinee receives her prize of $10,000 cash from Indus Merchants Director Mr Ramesh Jaimani.

 

Miss Mastana Bahar 2012, Andrea Shabana Chinee of Claxton Bay recently collected her prize of $10,000 from the show’s main sponsor, Indus Merchants Ltd of Montrose, Chaguanas. 
 
A release from the organisers said Shabana Chinee who won the title of Miss Naturally Fair Mastana Bahar talent competition in December 2012 also won several other gift certificates, hampers and prizes from sponsors like Sacha Cosmetics, Xtra Foods, Happi Products, Rana’s Jewellery, Priya’s Creations, Lollabee Cellular, Gopaul Brothers Jewellers and 2001 Carpet House. 
 
Meanwhile, the first audition for the Children of Mastana 2013 will take place on January 29 at the residence of Rani Ramsanhie-Abdul, Galera Street, Lange Park, Chaguanas, with registration starting from 10 am. 
 
The auditions are open to the public and there will be special guest performances by dancer Brian Mungaroo, The Untouchables Tassa Group and Edward Pitt. There will also be giveaways from the sponsors of the Mastana Bahar 2013 competition.
