Jazz, R&B for Tobago’s Valentine Variety show

Renowned jazz and R&B vocalist Vaughnette Bigford, along with her band, will be in concert at the Gulf City Lowlands Mall, Tobago, on Valentine’s night, February 14, in a variety concert entitled Valentine Variety.

 

Bigford’s band consists of ace saxophonist/flutist Anthony Woodroffe (Jr); guitarist theron Shaw; pianist/keyboardist Michael “Ming” Low Chew Tung; drummer David Rudder; and, bassist Rodney Alexander. Sinede Sealey, Afiya Athill and Elana Rawlins will perform background vocals.

 

Valentine Variety is the Thursday night prehesitation of the nightly entertainment of E2 EXPO 2013.

 

The Atrium of Gulf City Lowlands Mall, Tobago will be transformed into a beautiful concert hall for the event, and patrons can look forward to a night of quality entertainment in an atmosphere of splendour.

 

Emerging vocalist Lisa Mc Donald will be in the spotlight as well, performing several love songs, along with Watermelon Theatre presenting three classy and comical skits entitled Lovers Court, Election Heart Break and Outlandish Fashion.

 

Each patron will be a VIP at Valentine Variety at the cost of $350, which ensures food, premium and non-alcoholic drinks. Ushers will be on duty to ensure the comfort of patrons.
