Defence Force Steel Orchestra will be one of the stellar performers at Pan Trinbago's Northern Region's 1-2-3-Plus series.
The second-placed finisher in the 2013 National Panorama Single Pan category has been added to the cast along with Sapophonics Steel Orchestra.
These bands will replace the previously advertised Neal & Massy Trinidad All Stars and Laventille Serenaders.
The series takes place at the Petrotrin Phase II Pan Groove pan theatre, Hamilton Street, Woodbrook, on Friday, April 5, from 7 pm.
Other steel orchestras performing at the Northern Region initiative are current National Panorama champion Petrotrin Phase 11 Pan Groove and runner-up bp Renegades with DJ Cutting Crew.
Tickets are reasonably priced at $40 single, while couples will pay $60.
Two other concerts under the 1-2-3-Plus banner are planned for Trinidad All Stars and Renegades pan theatres. The names of the participating bands and times will be announced at a later date.
This fund-raising concert series is another of Pan Trinbago's Northern Region drive towards self-sufficiency.
