30th T&T Marathon in January

The 30th edition of the T&T International Marathon’s (TTIM) three-event running festival will get off to an early start next year as the fun begins from January 28-30. The racing festival, formerly know as the T&T Marathon, includes a 5k road race, a full marathon, a school’s relay and a half marathon which was only introduced last year.
 
This year’s event saw Richard Jones and Alika Morgan take the Overall Men’s and Women’s Championship titles in both the 5k and Half Marathon events respectively. In the full marathon, the Overall Men’s and Women’s titles were taken by Paul Wachira (2:30:18) and Mary Akor (3:06:57) respectively.
