Rubbish bins should be first step in city clean-up
It is good to see that Port-of-Spain Mayor Louis Lee Sing is trying his best to clean up the city. However, the mayor has overlooked very first step in doing so. First and foremost is the question of garbage bins. The entire country needs bins. When are we getting bins?
That is the very first thing that he should do in the city and its environs. There is rubbish everywhere and not a bin in sight. Come on, Mr Mayor, its elementary. Do the simple basic things first before tackling the more difficult ones.
