Tomorrow, Carnival Saturday, the company Carnival Faces, based in the United States, will be launching Carnival Faces Kids, at Brian Lara Promenade, Port-of-Spain, from 7 am to 11 am. The launch will coincide with the staging of the NCBA/NCC's Junior Carnival, the parade of which will be along St Vincent Street, South Quay and Frederick Street, culminating at the Queen's Park Savannah.
Make-up artists of Carnival Faces Kids will be doing make-up and face-painting for the costumed children masqueraders of our city. This is Carnival Faces' way of giving back to a community and country that has given us much to be thankful for, including being the leaders of the Carnival Make-Up Artistry arena. The adult segment of Carnival Faces continues on Carnival Monday and Tuesday at 40 Murray Street, Woodbrook.
