I would like to ask Port-of-Spain Mayor Louis Lee Sing what would be the criteria for booking a reservation at the proposed "five-star" hotel for vagrants in the capital city? Also, Mr Mayor, will visiting vagrants from outside the city, from Tobago and even from the other Caribbean islands be able to make bookings for a short, or extended, stay?
