I ex­tend heart­felt con­grat­u­la­tions to the may­or of Port-of-Spain, Louis Lee Sing, for his stel­lar ef­forts to up­lift the cap­i­tal city. Lee Sing is the first may­or we have had who is tru­ly in­ter­est­ed in mak­ing the dif­fi­cult de­ci­sions to clean up and or­gan­ise the filthy city. It is a re­fresh­ing change to have a may­or who is re­al­ly work­ing for us in­stead of those past who on­ly dressed up, pa­rad­ed, shook hands and at­tend­ed of­fi­cial func­tions. Well done, sir. Please keep up the fight. You are a very brave man.
