We must nev­er un­der­es­ti­mate the role of the teacher. They are the ones who shape the fu­ture of the world and they al­so must ap­pre­ci­ate this fact. And if the fu­ture of our coun­try lies in the book bags of the school chil­dren, then ob­vi­ous­ly it al­so lies in the hands of the school teacher. Teach­ers must be giv­en their dues in so­ci­ety, notwith­stand­ing that there may be delin­quent ones, as in every oth­er sphere. It can­not be left to par­ents to mold the child as many are al­most the same age as the child, and or­ange trees don't pro­duce man­go, so the role of the teacher is more im­por­tant than even they them­selves think.

Teach­ers and po­lice of­fi­cers should be the ide­al guides for chil­dren in de­vel­op­ing and at­tain­ing knowl­edge and dis­ci­pline and may be the key in tack­ling il­lit­er­a­cy, where­by the child may then be­come a teacher with­in his or her house­hold and com­mu­ni­ty. I would like the au­thor­i­ties to make it manda­to­ry that all schools from pri­ma­ry lev­el up in­clude in their syl­labus teach­ing of eti­quette, as is done in the hos­pi­tal­i­ty in­dus­try, the re­sult of which should pro­duce a bet­ter per­son. It has noth­ing to do with gen­der or race but rather prop­er and rel­e­vant teach­ings.
