Talk is cheap. This has clearly been demonstrated by our former Prime Minister, Patrick Manning, in his apology to the nation. The fact that he has admitted that he perceives that he was responsible for the disenfranchisement of citizens is a mockery to the oath which he took on the Bible when he was appointed Prime Minister. Manning's first public apology should be to God. Then he should resign as a Member of Parliament as repentance for the sins he perceives he has committed on the citizens of T&T. In the eyes of God, actions speak louder than words.
