Had he not called an ear­ly elec­tion the coun­try would still be un­der his and the PNM's con­trol and head­ing for de­vel­oped na­tion sta­tus. And there would not now be a state of emer­gency and cur­few. In oth­er words, the coun­try and its cit­i­zens would be in a much bet­ter place than they are to­day.

So in fact Man­ning has us where we are to­day, stuck with Kam­la Per­sad-Bisses­sar, Jack Warn­er, Roodal Mooni­lal, Su­ruj Ram­bachan and, as if those were not enough, De­vant Ma­haraj. Now that you have apol­o­gised, Patrick, you need to do penance: Say to Kei­th Row­ley 100 times that he is the best PNM leader ever.
