I am writ­ing to you in the hope that some­one in au­thor­i­ty can as­sist me and oth­er road users.I use Wright­son Road to go to my job in Port-of- Spain from Diego Mar­tin. Since last week Mon­day the traf­fic has been very bad. I tried be­ing ear­ly but this did not help. I tried us­ing Ari­api­ta Av­enue, which usu­al­ly gives me an ease, but now it is even worse than Wright­son Road.

Now I have seen the may­or of Port-of-Spain say­ing that the plan is work­ing and I am to­tal­ly con­fused. If the in­ten­tion was to make our lives more dif­fi­cult then the may­or is right, the plan is work­ing.If how­ev­er we were sup­posed to see an im­prove­ment, then I must tell the may­or that the plan is a dis­as­ter for those of us com­ing from the West and I hope that it can be changed very quick­ly.
