I read where two teenagers who, when they got into a vehicle were not taken to their destination and they were raped. Who is the travelling public to trust since these incidents happened in day time? These teenagers are now traumatised and have to receive counseling. Remember the teenager that was sexually assaulted over 62 times by a relative? Well that child tried to commit suicide. The Gov't has to ensure that these children and even their parents receive counseling. The person should give himself up to the authorities as soon as possible otherwise he would be hunted down and brought to justice where there will be more people calling for the reinstatement of hanging.
