The British press reported Tuesday that the price of diesel in the UK has risen to £1.50 a litre. That translates to $15.80 a litre or ten and a half times the price we pay in T&T. Of course, our current gas and diesel prices are absolutely unsustainable over time but the national community needs to know and understand what an amazing benefit and subsidy these prices are. And to use them wisely and sparingly for both personal and business requirements.
