It may ap­pear that COP leader Prakash Ra­mad­har has re­lin­quished his fight for the may­or­ship of San Fer­nan­do but I be­lieve that he has done the ho­n­ourable thing in back­ing down. The PM stood her ground as leader of the coali­tion and she has main­tained open di­a­logue with all the lead­ers of the PP. The Part­ner­ship has vowed to pro­vide good gov­er­nance and cre­ate a bet­ter T&T and for these rea­sons it will re­main as a strong coali­tion for the peo­ple.

The lead­ers are all strong­ly com­mit­ted to mak­ing things work for the ben­e­fit of the na­tion.
