On May 11 around 6.30 pm, there apparently was a transformer problem at the corner of San Cipriano Street and Pedro Alfonso Street, Cleaver Woods, Arima and the current went. I rang the T&TEC 800 help line and spoke to a very pleasant and efficient young woman who took the relevant information and at the end informed me that the problem would be fixed within an hour. I was sceptical. However, within 15-20 minutes, the T&TEC emergency crew arrived and the problem was soon rectified. I was indeed pleasantly surprised.
Way to go, T&TEC.
