I am sure that WASA is aware of the prob­lem caus­ing wa­ter to flow on St Lu­cien Road, Diego Mar­tin, for the past few weeks. What start­ed off as a small leak has grown tremen­dous­ly. Maybe, as an­oth­er let­ter writer point­ed out, all it takes is a let­ter in the news­pa­per to get this fixed. The day his let­ter about a fast de­vel­op­ing crater on St Lu­cien Road ap­peared there was a rushed re­pair, fol­lowed the same week by more sub­stan­tive re­pairs.

Based on the length of time this leak has been wast­ing wa­ter I am sure the home­own­er whose line is im­pact­ed is glad he doesn't have a me­ter sys­tem for wa­ter use since his bill would be in the thou­sands of dol­lars.
