Who will speak up for Spe­cial Re­serve Po­lice who are suf­fer­ing? Don't ex­pect Sgt Anand Rame­sar of the Po­lice Sec­ond Di­vi­sion. He's too busy-and SRPs are not im­por­tant. Don't ex­pect John Sandy, Min­is­ter of Na­tion­al Se­cu­ri­ty. He's busy look­ing for the dad­dies of at-risk youths. It's over a year SRPs have not been paid salaries, be­cause of a le­gal tan­gle. And no one is say­ing if these silent suf­fer­ers will be ab­sorbed in­to the Po­lice Ser­vice. I say if they are good to serve they are good to be reg­u­lar cops.
