Traf­fic trav­el­ling east on Wright­son Road is still very bad, es­pe­cial­ly on morn­ings. It is all due to the traf­fic lights at the Colville Street/Wright­son Road in­ter­sec­tion. The tim­ing was changed some months ago and the light now stays on red much longer for the east-bound Wright­son Road traf­fic, while there is none or very lit­tle for west-bound traf­fic turn­ing in­to Colville Street. As soon as you pass these lights it is clear right up to the lights at the Grand Bazaar in­ter­sec­tion. I am plead­ing with the Min­is­ter of Works, Jack Warn­er, to help us by re­turn­ing the lights to their orig­i­nal chang­ing times and bring re­lief to thou­sands of cit­i­zens. A more per­ma­nent so­lu­tion would be the cre­ation of a third lane go­ing west.
