Open letter to Port-of-Spain Louis Lee Sing: There are fools of all ages who speed on their bicycles on the sidewalk of the Queen's Park Savannah on a daily basis, using it as a cycle track. I was a victim on two occasions in the past two years, being hit from behind by cyclists. Thank God I was not seriously injured. Should we seniors who use the sidewalk for our daily exercises (and pay $8-$10 for a coconut) equip ourselves with rearview mirrors? Please, Mr Mayor, along with the regulations that you are putting in place, we would appreciate one that could save us from these mad people, before someone is seriously injured or killed.
