Who benefits from Cabinet reshuffle?

Is the configuration of the new Cabinet to the benefit of the people of T&T? Or is it, as said by Prakash Ramadhar, the COP leader, that the People’s Partnership will surely be stronger and will benefit the relationship? Is it a case of kissing and hugging up after the rumbling between the two major parties in the coalition over the mayorship of San Fernando with the addition of a few COP members to the Cabinet? Is it a case of playing politics to the detriment of the country? The country waits.
