The Diego Martin Regional Corporation needs to get its act together. I have never seen Petit Valley and Diego Martin in such a shabby condition. Roads like Morne Coco, Sierra Leone, Crystal Stream, which are main roads, just to name a few, either need resurfacing or patching.
If the corporation does not have the money to resurface, at least it should have a pothole crew out every day patching the roads; that alone is a full-time job. Then there is the bush and weeds growing along the highway and other roads which need cutting. When they do get a crew to cut the bush, you then see the garbage left behind strewn all over and creating an eyesore. What it all comes down to is the need for proper management to ensure everything is put in place to maintain the environment.
