Fight between Jack and Lee Sing foils traffic plan

I am born and bred in Woodbrook, 66 years ago. My business is in Woodbrook. I believe the scrapping of the new west POS plan is purely a battle between Jack Warner and Lee Sing. After the gang lords meeting fiasco, Jack decided to teach Lee Sing a lesson. A great new working plan for West POS fell by the wayside to prove a point: Jack bigger than Lee Sing. Full Stop. Does not matter that the bulk of the people are affected. That millions of our treasury has been wasted. The message is “Don’t mess with Jack.” The plan was great, needed a bit of tweaking to get it right, that’s all. Pay attention citizens, there is a lot more of this to come. Happy 50th anniversary.
