Dr Rowley, what kind of leader are you? In just mere days you have rounded up your troops and marched through the streets of Port-of-Spain. Where were your troopers when the floods destroyed our houses and we cried for days for food and clothing? You neglected us, in your own constituency. And here you have the temerity to call for a march that wouldn't bear fruit, but never once reached out or call upon your multitude of supporters to help us in our time of need.
That is where the real march should have been. Do you know the emotional feeling and encouragement one gets when he sees his leader reaching out to them on ground? What about us Dr Rowley? What about us? I leave you with this one quote from Nelson Mandela, a true leader, "It is better to lead from behind and to put others in front, especially when you celebrate victory when nice things occur. You take the front line when there is danger. Then people will appreciate your leadership."
