It has been a while since I have seen police/traffic wardens present at the Four Roads traffic lights during the morning rush hour. As in the past, if posted there, they can help to reduce the amount of times pedestrians press the traffic lights to cross and allow for a frequent flow, plus it would also help to reduce the amount of shoulder drivers. At the Crystal Stream intersection, please have an officer available for all the people who use the lay-by to go around the lights when on red to continue southbound on the highway. Heading north to the Crystal Stream lights, drivers making a right turn east to the Primary School, Bobby's etc. The timing on that right turn should also be adjusted as when traffic is not turning, the light continues to remain on green for too long and this would also help with the northbound traffic flowing frequently.
