‘Arts’ better at planning than ‘Planning’

For the last several weeks, we’ve been treated to many cultural concerts commemorating our 50th anniversary of Independence. I’m sure I speak for all who’ve attended these shows, by expressing our deepest thanks to those responsible. I’ve attended quite a few, some put on by the Ministry of Arts and two by the Ministry of Planning.

All the shows run by ‘Arts’ started at the advertised time. Of the two run by ‘Planning’, one started 11 minutes late and the other ten minutes late. Is it that the Ministry of Arts has better planners than the Ministry of Planning?
