Congratulations Chantelle

Once again she has proven the nation of Trinidad and Tobago wrong. Laventille isn’t just a war zone with underage pregnancy and gangs. It has a lot more behind what the physical eyes sees on a daily basis. I take this opportunity to congratulate Chantelle Jacob on being one of the two scholarship winners from St Francois Girls’ College. Chantelle grew up in the hills of Eastern Quarry, Laventille and has proven that good could in fact come out of Laventiille.

 

 

After shocking the nation two years ago with her astounding success in CXC she has done it again in CAPE. I must say you have made the entire Laventille community proud and we do look forward to hearing more about your great achievements in the future.
