Complaints fallen on deaf ears

I live at 122 Union Road Marabella where my family owns a small  business downstairs our home. Whenever it rains heavily or not, the water backs up from the drain at the front of our house and wreaks havoc. The foundation of our house is now shaky for there are cracks appearing in the pillars and the paint on the lower half of the wall is swelling. The water from the drain is not running freely for it needs cleaning from the blockage lower down,l hence the backup. Our pleas and complaints to the Councillor have continously fallen on deaf ears hence the reason for this letter. ‘I do hope that those concerned will act with haste to alleviate us of this problem.
